In view of our business expansion and to execute overseas project in Indonesia, PT Kingsbury ATM was formed as part of Kingsbury Group related companies and based in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. The company was formed to execute the ATM operation project in Indonesia. With the business expansion and rapid growth of the company, we are seeking competent and qualified people who have the passion to thrive, highly dedicated and capable of displaying their best ability for the following position:

ATM Operation Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Review and confirm responsibility of shipments, installation of ATM, smooth operation of ATM for the Business District and cascade concerned responsibility to ATM Location, Service Station or Monitoring Hub
  • Assist to manage operations quality standards and action plan
  • Assist to analyze and propose improvement action on operations KPI, source for the potential high traffic of ATM location and search for sites of ATM location
  • Perform audit / inspection on Service Station and Site Searches for remedial action plan for failure area and staff image check
  • Prepare Regular operations reports and quality investigation reports
  • Assist to review network and routings in the ATM location and sites provided and suggest potential improvement on transit time and cost effectiveness
  • Assist to streamline operations processes and deliver training to operations staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
  • To ensure the smooth, effective and efficient operation activities in office
  • Handle and resolve day to day operation issues and drivers management

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent

Professional Knowledge
  • Knowledge on ATM (Automated Teller Machine) industry and operations, switch code networking, Cash in transit (CIT) operation
Working Experience
  • At least three to five years relevant experience 

Competencies
  • Proficiency and fluent in English , both verbal and written
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skill
  • Attend to details
  • Diligent, able to work under pressure 

Others
  • Basic computer operations skill (office application)
  • Good leadership skill and must be able to lead, manage and train the team members and subordinates
  • Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
  • Articulate and has excellent oral and written communication & computer skills
