HRD Executive-Recruitment Specialist
Job Objective
  • Oversee all Recruitment activities and Manpower needs for our company needs
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for identifying and approaching targeted candidate for various vacancies
  • Responsible for recruitment & staffing and organization development
  • Organize recruitment activities & placement based on MPP, starting from hiring to terminating
  • Identify and implement strategies for improving effectiveness & efficiency of recruitment assignments & models
  • Analyze the structures headcounts for all the company needs
  • Data entry into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records
  • Maintain the filling system of candidate application
  • Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents and preparation of employment interview & profiling tests
Requirements
  • Female/Male
  • Age, Max. 32 years old
  • Education Min. Bachelor Degree or master degree in Pyschology, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years working experience as recruitment specialist
  • Excellent in English written and spoken
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office
Skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, staffing and organization development
  • Strong analytical thinking, solid sense of confidentiality & discretion
  • Excellent in English written and spoken
  • Independent, resilient and agility, and strong self starter, flexible & communicative
  • Good interpersonal, leadership, good team work attitude and good communication skill
  • Proactive , energic, mature and passionate
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines, develop & maintain highly effective relationship externally & internally
  • Have a good understanding of how to identify and implement strategies for improving effectiveness & efficiency of recruitment assignments & models.
  • Strong identifying and approaching targeted candidate for various vacancies
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and profiling test
  • Strong in HR recruitment database or system for maintaining accurate records
