Job Objective
- Oversee all Recruitment activities and Manpower needs for our company needs
Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying and approaching targeted candidate for various vacancies
- Responsible for recruitment & staffing and organization development
- Organize recruitment activities & placement based on MPP, starting from hiring to terminating
- Identify and implement strategies for improving effectiveness & efficiency of recruitment assignments & models
- Analyze the structures headcounts for all the company needs
- Data entry into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records
- Maintain the filling system of candidate application
- Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents and preparation of employment interview & profiling tests
Requirements
- Female/Male
- Age, Max. 32 years old
- Education Min. Bachelor Degree or master degree in Pyschology, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience as recruitment specialist
- Excellent in English written and spoken
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
Skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, staffing and organization development
- Strong analytical thinking, solid sense of confidentiality & discretion
- Excellent in English written and spoken
- Independent, resilient and agility, and strong self starter, flexible & communicative
- Good interpersonal, leadership, good team work attitude and good communication skill
- Proactive , energic, mature and passionate
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines, develop & maintain highly effective relationship externally & internally
- Have a good understanding of how to identify and implement strategies for improving effectiveness & efficiency of recruitment assignments & models.
- Strong identifying and approaching targeted candidate for various vacancies
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and profiling test
- Strong in HR recruitment database or system for maintaining accurate records
